Payment Options and Security

Here at Bachman’s Sparrow you may either make payments through an existing Paypal account, or with the following debit/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

All payments are made through Paypal, and are secured and processed through their site.

Any submitted information will never be sold or used by us other than to complete your order!

Shipping and Handling

Shipping prices are based on average shipping costs per item weight. Discounted shipping is applied when more than one item is purchased. We do not charge handling fees.

Because each item is handmade to order, please expect a 1-7 business day processing time before your order is shipped.

Packages are sent through USPS or UPS, and will arrive between 2-8 business days domestic, 6-15 international.

We strive to send your packages as timely as possible here at Bachman’s Sparrow. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for assistance.

Currently we only offer international shipment on our hair accessories. If you would like to purchase a non-hair accessory item outside of the United States, please contact us to receive a shipment quote based on package weight.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all items excluding beauty products within 15 days of receiving your package. You may choose to either receive a full refund of your item, or exchange it with store credit.
